- Item must be in original packaging
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong item are required
Non-Returnable Items:
- Used products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Products without original packaging
- Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
Replacement Process:
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.
