  • Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or wrong item are required

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used products
  • Items damaged due to misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery
